Circular Economy Scheme for Small and Medium Enterprises

The purpose of the Plan is to support existing and new small and medium-sized enterprises through the promotion of new investments in the circular economy, enabling them to make their products, production processes, and business practices more environmentally friendly.

The sponsorship amount reaches up to 50% of eligible expenses, with a maximum sponsorship amount of €400,000.

Eligible expenses refer to investments described in paragraph 10 of the Plan, including machinery, equipment, vehicles, and general expenses.

Applications/Proposals are submitted electronically only through the website https://fundingapps.meci.gov.cy during the application period, as determined by a relevant announcement from the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry.

Interested potential applicants are advised to carefully study the provisions of this Plan Guide and the relevant informational documents (sample application and application submission guide) before proceeding with the electronic application.

The evaluation process of applications/proposals will be immediate, based on their submission date.
